Updates a Google Analytics 4 web data stream's enhanced measurement (scrolls, outbound clicks, site search, video, file downloads, page changes, form interactions) and data redaction (email, URL query parameters). Only the fields supplied are changed; app streams have no such settings.

## Inputs
