Select Instagram Business accounts once and reuse them across multiple Instagram nodes—no repeated account selection. You can also select and list all available accounts.

### FilterItem

## Output

**Type**: `List[Dict]`

Returns list of accounts with label (account name) and value (account ID). Note: the output is formatted to be directly used in other nodes that accept account selection inputs, no need for further transformation.
