# Update Experiment

> Update a native Meta A/B experiment or ad study using Meta's update parameters, such as name, schedule, cells or objectives

Update a native Meta A/B experiment or ad study using Meta's update parameters, such as name, schedule, cells or objectives. Meta validates changes allowed in the current study state. Campaign/ad-set budgets and delivery status are separate.
