# Get Product Diagnostics

> Inspect Microsoft Merchant Center approved, disapproved, pending and expiring product counts, plus product rejection reasons and warnings

Inspect Microsoft Merchant Center approved, disapproved, pending and expiring product counts, plus product rejection reasons and warnings. Read-only; requires Microsoft ProductStatuses beta access. Counts may lag two hours.

## Inputs

| `account` | object or array of object or MicrosoftAdsAccountItem or string or integer | Yes | - | Microsoft Ads account with access to the Merchant Center store. Its customer ID scopes the request. |

| `include_details` | boolean | No | `True` | Include product-level Disapproved and Warning entries and their itemLevelIssues. Default true. Approved products are counted in the summary but are not listed individually; absence from details is not proof of approval. |
| `limit` | integer | No | `100` | Maximum issue-bearing products to return, default 100. Does not limit store-wide summary counts. issues\_complete indicates whether all detail rows were retrieved. Diagnostics require Microsoft's ProductStatuses closed-beta access; summary counts may lag by up to two hours. |

## Output

**Type**: `Dict`

Native store-wide approval summary and optional product-level issues. Details list only Disapproved and Warning products. Null or absent status remains unknown; absence from issues is not proof of approval. issues\_complete reports detail pagination completeness.
