# List Negative Keywords

> List negative keywords assigned directly to Microsoft Ads campaigns or ad groups to inspect exclusions and check duplicates before adding negatives

List negative keywords assigned directly to Microsoft Ads campaigns or ad groups to inspect exclusions and check duplicates before adding negatives. Shared-list negatives are separate; use list\_shared\_list\_associations and list\_shared\_list\_items for those.

## Inputs

| `entity_type` | enum (`Campaign`, `AdGroup`) | No | `Campaign` | Read negatives assigned directly to Campaign or AdGroup entities. Defaults to Campaign. Shared negative lists are not included. |

All must belong to the selected account; ad groups must belong to campaign\_id. The operation reads every supplied entity, one request per unique ID, and returns all directly assigned negatives. |

### SelectItem

## Output

**Type**: `List[Dict]`

Returns Microsoft's EntityNegativeKeywords records as a direct list. Each record contains EntityId, EntityType, and NegativeKeywords with Id, Text, and MatchType. Shared-list negatives are not included.

**Fields**: `EntityId`, `EntityType`, `NegativeKeywords`
