Retrieve OpenAI Ads account change history, including changed resources, actors, timestamps, and before/after details. Filter by time preset, campaign, ad group, ad, or actor. Uses the account determined by the connection.

## Inputs

## Output

**Type**: `List[Dict]`

Returns a list of raw audit-log records, including resource and actor IDs, timestamps, and before/after changes, up to the requested limit.
