# List Custom Audiences

> List OpenAI Ads custom audiences, optionally checking eligibility for inclusion, exclusion, or bid adjustments

List OpenAI Ads custom audiences, optionally checking eligibility for inclusion, exclusion, or bid adjustments. Returns raw audience objects; matched counts are privacy-preserving ranges.

| | |
| - | - |
| **App** | OpenAI Ads |
| **Operation ID** | `openai_ads_list_custom_audiences` |
| **Type** | Action |
| **Connection** | `openai_ads` (required) |
| **Credits per run** | Free |
| **Agent / MCP tool** | Yes |

## Inputs

| Field | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| `intended_use` | enum (`inclusion`, `exclusion`, `bid_multiplier`) | No | - | Return audiences eligible for this use. Ready does not imply eligible. Inclusion/bid adjustments have matched-size requirements; ready empty audiences may be eligible for exclusion. |
| `policy_revision` | string | No | - | Optional policy token obtained separately from the OpenAI Ads API. Omit to use current eligibility rules; on revision mismatch, retry without it and review the selection. |
| `matched_count_granularity` | enum (`granular`) | No | - | Use granular for finer privacy-preserving matched-count ranges, not exact counts. |
| `filters` | array of FilterItem | No | - | AND filters on id, name, status, description, or membership\_revision. Applied before limit; raw audience objects are preserved. |
| `order` | enum (`asc`, `desc`) | No | - | Creation order, asc or desc. Defaults to desc. |
| `limit` | integer | No | `100` | Maximum matching audiences. Default 100; scans at most 5,000 records. Results may be limited; narrow the filters when needed. |

### FilterItem

| Field | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| `field` | string or SelectableOption | Yes | - | The field to filter on, must be one of the current selected metrics or dimensions. |
| `operator` | string | Yes | - | The operator to use for filtering. Must be one of the supported values. Use REGEXP\_MATCH to search/filter by multiple OR values like '.*(summer\|holiday).*' |
| `value` | string | Yes | - | The value to filter by, always as a string: text, a number, or a regex. For IN\_LIST and NOT\_IN\_LIST, pass the values as one comma-separated string such as 'a,b,c', not as an array. For regex values, escape backslashes once in the JSON string: write \b for a word boundary, not \b. |

### SelectableOption

| Field | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| `value` | string | Yes | - | |
| `label` | string | Yes | - | |

## Output

**Type**: `List[Dict]`

Returns a list of raw audience objects, including status, membership revision, and privacy-preserving count ranges, up to the requested limit.

**Fields**: dynamic (depend on the inputs)
