> Lists catalog product groups for a Pinterest Ads account, optionally scoped to a catalog or feed

Lists catalog product groups for a Pinterest Ads account, optionally scoped to a catalog or feed. Product groups are what catalog-based ads promote, for example with pinterest\_ads\_create\_ad using COLLECTION or SHOPPING creative types.
