# Retrieve Leads

> Retrieves Snapchat lead form submissions as rows for CRM workflows, with date and optional form filtering

Retrieves Snapchat lead form submissions as rows for CRM workflows, with date and optional form filtering. Snapchat retains leads for 30 days. Export dates have day-level precision; a unique lead ID is not guaranteed.

## Inputs

| `account` | DynamicAccount | Yes | - | Snapchat advertiser account whose submitted leads should be retrieved. |
| `date_range` | LeadDateRange | Yes | - | Submission date range in UTC. Snapchat retains leads for 30 days; start must fall within that window. No comparison support. |
| `form_id` | string or SelectItem | No | - | Optional form ID from snapchat\_ads\_list\_lead\_forms. Omit for all forms. When the export omits form IDs, filtering uses the associated ads and creatives. |
| `limit` | integer | No | `1000` | Maximum leads returned after form filtering, in export order. Default 1000; maximum 10000. Exports larger than 50 MiB are rejected rather than silently truncated. |

### LeadDateRange

## Output

**Type**: `List[Dict]`

Original Snapchat lead export columns and answers, preserved as strings. Includes Date, Ad Account Id, Campaign Id, Ad Set Id, Ad Id and contact fields when available. No synthetic lead ID is added.
