# Get Form Fields

> Gets the fields and metadata of a TikTok Instant Form for mapping lead answers into a CRM

Gets the fields and metadata of a TikTok Instant Form for mapping lead answers into a CRM. Use List Pages to find the form ID and Retrieve Leads for submissions. Does not create or edit forms.
