> Lists campaigns for a TikTok Ads advertiser account with status, objective, budget, and bidding details

Lists campaigns for a TikTok Ads advertiser account with status, objective, budget, and bidding details. Supports filtering by delivery status, operation status, and by campaign name or ID.

## Output
