Create Folder

Create a folder in Dropbox. Returns the existing folder if it already exists.

Inputs

`folder_path`	string	No	-	Parent folder path from the Dropbox root, e.g. ‘Creative Ads’. Leave empty to create the folder in the root.
`folder_name`	string	Yes	-	Name of the folder to create, e.g. ‘2026-08’.

Type: Dict Returns the created (or already existing) folder. Fields: folder_id, folder_name, folder_path, created
