Upload Media - Markifact

Uploads an image to OpenAI Ads and returns its file_id. Use it to prepare a creative for openai_ads_update_ad or to reuse one image across several ads; for creating a new ad with new media prefer openai_ads_create_ad, which uploads the image automatically.
