Create Board

Creates a board to pin to, public, protected, or secret.

Inputs

`name`	string	Yes	-	The board name, up to 180 characters. Ask the user for it if it is not provided.
`description`	string	No	-	What the board is about, up to 500 characters. Keywords here help Pinterest surface the board in search.
`privacy`	string or SelectableOption	No	`PUBLIC`	Who can see the board. Available options: ‘PUBLIC’ (anyone can see the board), ‘SECRET’ (only the account owner and the board’s collaborators can see it) or ‘PROTECTED’ (Pinterest’s ad only board type, kept off the public profile). Defaults to ‘PUBLIC’.
