Update Ad Group

Low-level operation to update tiktok ad groups, supports both manual and Upgraded Smart+ ad groups; Markifact resolves the correct endpoint automatically. Use focused operations first when available, for example tiktok_ads_update_ad_group_budget or tiktok_ads_update_ad_group_status. Use tiktok_ads_list_ad_groups first to inspect the current payload. Use PATCH_FIELDS for partial updates and REPLACE_PAYLOAD for full payload updates.

Note: TikTok can report a successful update but silently keep the old value for fields the ad group’s configuration does not allow changing; for critical settings, verify with tiktok_ads_list_ad_groups after updating.
