Create Single Image Ad

Creates a Pinterest single image ad by first creating a Pin, then creating an ad from that Pin. By default the Pin is ad-only and the ad is created paused. Set pin_only=true to create only the Pin. For video ads use pinterest_ads_create_video_ad, for carousels pinterest_ads_create_carousel_ad, and to promote an existing Pin use pinterest_ads_create_ad_from_pin.
