Search Targeting - Markifact

Search or list Pinterest Ads targeting options such as interests, locations, regions, languages, devices, and audiences. Returned IDs plug directly into the matching targeting_spec key of pinterest_ads_create_ad_group.

`search_query`	string	No	-	Optional text filter. Pinterest returns the full list per targeting type, so Markifact filters it: case-insensitive name substring match, or exact ID match.
`limit`	integer	No	`100`	Maximum rows to return, sorted by name. Default 100, max 1000.
