Create Version - Markifact

Snapshots a Google Tag Manager workspace into a new container version, ready for gtm_publish_version. GTM deletes the workspace after versioning and replaces it with a new default workspace. Fails with clear guidance if the workspace has compiler errors or merge conflicts.
