Promotes posts that already exist in an X Ads ad group, up to 50 at once, creating the ads (promoted tweets). Use it with organic posts from x_ads_list_posts, or with posts built by the format ad nodes using post_only. To create a new post and promote it in one step, use x_ads_create_text_ad, x_ads_create_image_ad, x_ads_create_video_ad, or x_ads_create_carousel_ad.
