Create Follower Ad

Promotes an X account in a FOLLOWERS ad group (product type PROMOTED_ACCOUNT), creating a follower ad. Defaults to promoting the connected account.

Inputs

`account`	DynamicAccount	Yes	-	Select the X Ads account that owns the ad group.
`ad_group_id`	string or SelectItem	Yes	-	Ad group (line item) to promote the account in. Must belong to a FOLLOWERS campaign with product type PROMOTED_ACCOUNT (see x_ads_create_ad_group).
`user_id`	string	No	-	Numeric X user id of the account to promote. Defaults to the connected user’s account.

Type: Dict Returns the created promoted account record. Fields: dynamic (depend on the inputs)
