Update Tracking Tag

Updates the URL of an X Ads tracking tag. X only allows the URL to change; recreate the tag to change its type or ad group.

Inputs

`tracking_tag_id`	string or SelectItem	Yes	-	Tracking tag ID to update. Find it with x_ads_list_tracking_tags.
`tracking_tag_url`	string	Yes	-	The new third-party tracking URL, the only field X allows changing. Must be a Google Campaign Manager (DCM) tag whose URL carries the tag id in its dc_trk_cid parameter.

Type: Dict Returns the updated tracking tag. Fields: dynamic (depend on the inputs)
