Create Creative - Markifact

Advanced: creates a DV360 creative from a raw v4 Creative payload sent as-is (display, HTML5, native, video, or audio). Upload files first with dv360_upload_asset, then assign the creative to line items via creativeIds. Creatives built in Ad Canvas or templates cannot be created via the API.
