Replace Negative Keywords - Markifact

Replaces ALL keywords in a DV360 negative keyword list with a new set (or clears the list entirely). Existing keywords not in the new set are removed. Prefer dv360_edit_negative_keywords for incremental add/remove changes.

Inputs

`keywords`	string or array of string	No	-	The complete new set of keywords, as a list or newline/comma separated text; all existing keywords are replaced with exactly this set. Each keyword: ASCII only, max 80 characters and 10 words. Required unless clear_all is true.
`clear_all`	boolean	No	`False`	When true, remove every keyword from the list (replaces with an empty set). keywords must be left empty.
