Replace Channel Sites - Markifact

Replaces ALL sites and apps in a DV360 channel with a new set (or clears the channel). Prefer dv360_edit_channel_sites for incremental changes. This method can be slow on large channels.

Inputs

`sites`	string or array of string	No	-	The complete new set of site URLs or app IDs, as a list or newline-separated text; all existing sites are replaced with exactly this set. Required unless clear_all is true.
`clear_all`	boolean	No	`False`	When true, remove every site from the channel (replaces with an empty set). sites must be left empty.
