List Channels

Lists DV360 channels (curated site/app groups). Channel IDs are used in dv360_edit_line_item_targeting TARGETING_TYPE_CHANNEL create requests.

Inputs

`search_query`	string	No	-	Optional text filter applied to channel display names (case-insensitive substring match).
`limit`	integer	No	`100`	Maximum number of channels to return. Default: 100.

Type: List[Dict] Returns channels with their IDs and details. Fields: dynamic (depend on the inputs)
