FAQs

Lead data includes:
  • Contact details: Name, email, phone number (based on form fields)
  • Custom form fields: Any additional fields you configured in your lead form
  • Submission timestamp: When the lead was captured
  • Lead source: Campaign and ad set information
  • Form details: Which specific form was submitted
No, this node retrieves leads from one form at a time. To get leads from multiple forms:
  • Use separate instances of this node for each form
  • Combine the results using List Merge or similar tools
  • Or run the node multiple times with different form selections
Leads are typically available within minutes of submission. There’s no specific time limit on how far back you can retrieve leads, but using the date range filter can help you focus on recent leads or specific time periods.
If your lead form doesn’t appear:
  • Ensure the form is published and active in Meta Ads Manager
  • Check that you’ve selected the correct Facebook page
  • Verify your connection has access to the page and its lead forms
  • The form must have been published before it appears in the list
If your Facebook page doesn’t appear in the Page dropdown:
  • Reconnect your Facebook account: Go to your connections and reconnect your Facebook/Meta account
  • Check page permissions: When reconnecting, make sure to select “All pages” or specifically choose the page you want to access
  • Verify page ownership: Ensure you have admin or editor access to the Facebook page
  • Page business account: Make sure the page is connected to a Meta Business account that you have access to
  • Try refreshing: Sometimes it takes a few minutes for new page permissions to sync
Set up automated lead processing by:
  1. Scheduler: Run this node regularly (hourly/daily) to catch new leads
  2. Sheets: Store leads in Google Sheets for easy access
  3. Email: Send lead notifications to your sales team
  4. AI Analyze Data: Score or qualify leads automatically
The node provides basic date range filtering. For more advanced filtering:
  • Use AI Analyze Data to filter by lead quality or specific field values
  • Use List Tools to filter by contact information patterns
  • Set up conditional logic with If Router based on lead data
The node will return an empty result set if no leads were captured during the specified date range. This is normal for:
  • New lead forms that haven’t received submissions yet
  • Inactive campaigns or paused ads
  • Date ranges with no campaign activity
To manage duplicate leads:
  • Use List Remove Duplicates to filter out repeat submissions
  • Check email addresses or phone numbers as unique identifiers
  • Implement lead scoring to prioritize higher-quality submissions
  • Set up deduplication logic before syncing to your CRM
Yes! Lead generation forms can capture leads from both Facebook and Instagram ads. The node retrieves leads regardless of whether they came from Facebook or Instagram, as long as they’re connected to the selected Facebook page and form.
