Create Carousel Ad - Markifact

Creates a complete Reddit carousel ad in one operation: the ad post (creative) and the ad itself in an ad group. Takes up to 6 cards with media, captions, and destination links. Ads are created PAUSED by default. Find profile IDs with reddit_ads_list_profiles.
