Create Creative Elements - Markifact

Creates one or more account-scoped Snapchat Creative Elements from raw API payloads. Dynamic Collection elements can set render_type to DYNAMIC and their IDs can be used in an Interaction Zone.

`creative_elements`	array of object or string	Yes	-	Raw Snapchat Creative Element objects as a JSON list, sent to POST /adaccounts/{ad_account_id}/creative_elements. Provide the objects without the outer creative_elements wrapper. ad_account_id is filled in automatically for every object. Snapchat validates all element fields.
