Update Campaign Budget - Markifact

Updates the daily budget or lifetime spend cap of Snapchat campaigns, one or many at once. Amounts are entered in the ad account currency and converted to micro-currency automatically.

Daily budgets must be at least 20 and at least 0.25 times the sum of the ad squad budgets; a lifetime spend cap can only be reduced to 1.1 times the amount already spent. Required for single update.
