Fetches Snapchat Ads account details, with optional linked funding sources and billing center details. Budgets and bids use the account currency; returned financial fields ending in _micro are millionths of the stated currency.

Requires permission to read the linked billing resources.

Output

Type: Dict Returns the native ad account. With include_billing=true, adds funding_sources (linked native payment-source objects) and billing_center (linked native billing contact/address, or null when no billing center is linked). No linked funding sources produces an empty list. Failed billing reads raise errors; omitted financial fields do not establish a balance or account health.
