Create Campaign

Creates a Spotify Ads campaign. Budgets and targeting live on ad sets, so create the campaign first, then spotify_ads_create_ad_set.

`purchase_order`	string	No	-	Purchase order number used to organize invoices, 2 to 45 characters.
`ad_product`	enum (`UNSET`, `UNKNOWN`, `CONTENT`, `FPMNG`)	No	-	Ad product: CONTENT, FPMNG, UNKNOWN, or UNSET.

Type: Dict Returns the created campaign including id, name, status and delivery_goal_group. Fields: dynamic (depend on the inputs)
