Updates the daily or lifetime budget of Spotify ad sets, one or many at once. Budgets are entered in the account currency and converted to micro-currency automatically.

`structured_data`	array (also accepts a comma-separated string)	No	-	Use only when update_type is bulk. Required columns: ad_set_id and budget_value (account currency). Optional column: budget_type (DAILY or LIFETIME; default DAILY). Up to 100 rows.
