Update Ad Set Status - Markifact

Activates, pauses, or deletes Spotify ad sets, one or many at once. DELETED only works on draft ad sets and cannot be undone; published ad sets cannot be deleted or archived through the Spotify API, so pause them instead.

DELETED permanently deletes a DRAFT ad set and cannot be undone; Spotify has no delete endpoint for published ad sets, so use PAUSED for those. Required for single update.
