Update Ad Status - Markifact

Activates, pauses, or deletes Spotify ads, one or many at once. DELETED only works on draft ads and cannot be undone; published ads cannot be deleted or archived through the Spotify API, so pause them instead.

DELETED permanently deletes a DRAFT ad and cannot be undone; Spotify has no delete endpoint for published ads, so use PAUSED for those. Required for single update.
