Adds, edits or deletes Google Analytics 4 report annotations (campaign launches, site changes, incidents) with a title, color and a single date or date range, so they show on report timelines.

Inputs

`action`	string or SelectableOption	Yes	-	‘create’ adds an annotation shown on report timelines (campaign launch, site change, outage); ‘update’ edits its title, description, color or dates; ‘delete’ removes it. Options: ‘create’, ‘update’, ‘delete’.
`annotation_id`	string	No	-	Numeric id of the annotation to update or delete. Read ids from ga4_get_property_settings with setting ‘reporting_annotations’.
`title`	string	No	-	Annotation title shown on the chart. Required on create.
`description`	string	No	-	Optional longer note.
`color`	string or SelectableOption	No	-	Marker color: ‘PURPLE’, ‘BROWN’, ‘BLUE’, ‘GREEN’, ‘RED’, ‘CYAN’ or ‘ORANGE’. Defaults to ‘BLUE’ on create.
`annotation_date`	integer or string	No	-	Single date the annotation applies to, YYYY-MM-DD. Use either this or start_date plus end_date. Required on create.
`start_date`	integer or string	No	-	Range start, YYYY-MM-DD, used with end_date instead of annotation_date.
