List Google Ads audience segments by type with optional name search and result limit. Supports: USER_LIST, AFFINITY, IN_MARKET, LIFE_EVENT, DETAILED_DEMOGRAPHICS, CUSTOM_AUDIENCE, COMBINED_AUDIENCE, AUDIENCE (reusable Audience entities used as PMax/Demand Gen signals), or ALL.
