Create Ad From Creative

Creates a new Meta ad from an existing ad creative ID. Useful when you want to reuse or duplicate an existing creative into a new ad or ad set, or when you already created a creative with meta_ads_create_ad_creative. This operation does not upload media or build a new creative payload. If you need to create an ad from new media, use the relevant ad creation operation such as meta_ads_create_single_image_ad or meta_ads_create_single_video_ad, etc instead.

`ad_status`	string or SelectableOption	No	-	Select the status for the new ad. Available options: ‘ACTIVE’, ‘PAUSED’. Defaults to ‘PAUSED’.
`validate_only`	boolean	No	`False`	When true, ask Meta to validate the request without creating anything. No new object ID is returned. Requires existing ad set and creative IDs.
