Update Adset

Fallback Meta Ads ad set patch tool for advanced or unsupported cases. Use this only when no dedicated Meta Ads ad set operation supports the requested change. If a focused ad set operation exists, such as meta_ads_update_adset_placements, meta_ads_update_adset_locations, or meta_ads_update_adset_audiences, always use that dedicated operation instead. This tool patches only the fields provided in update_payload and does not replace the full ad set. Supports dry-run review before applying changes.

Do not include identity fields like account_id or adset_id.
