Apply Recommendations - Markifact

Apply or dismiss Microsoft Ads recommendations. Applying makes the change Microsoft suggests and edits live campaigns, so confirm before running it; dismissing only hides the recommendation. Get the IDs and types from microsoft_ads_list_recommendations.
