List Keywords - Markifact

List keywords within a Microsoft Ads ad group, optionally filtered by status and editorial (approval) status. Returns the full Microsoft keyword objects (Id, Text, MatchType, Status, EditorialStatus, Bid, etc.) so they can be fed into update operations.

`return_additional_fields`	boolean	No	`False`	When true, request additional keyword properties (the MaxCpc inside MaxConversionValue bidding schemes) so the response is richer. Defaults to false.
