Update Account Settings

Update account-level properties including tracking templates, final URL suffixes and MSCLKID auto-tagging. Only supplied properties change; campaign overrides remain. Reads back saved values to verify the update. Supports dry-run preview.

Inputs

Microsoft validates values and feature availability.

Output

Type: Dict Returns account_id, dry_run, requested_properties, update_accepted and verified. Actual updates include native AccountProperties when read-back succeeds, and a warning if verification fails or values differ. Dry runs include request_payload. update_accepted does not imply verified; no automatic retry is performed.
