Create Uet Tag - Markifact

Create a UET tag on a Microsoft Ads account and return the tracking script to install on the site. A tag is required before URL, event, duration or pages-per-visit conversion goals will work. Microsoft has no delete for UET tags and no way to retire one, so only create a tag that is actually needed.
