List Ad Groups - Markifact

List ad groups within a Microsoft Ads campaign, optionally filtered by status. Returns the full Microsoft ad group objects (Id, Name, Status, Network, AdGroupType, BiddingScheme, bids, Settings, etc.) so they can be fed into update_ad_group.

Inputs

`campaign_id`	string or SelectItem	Yes	-	The campaign to list ad groups for.
`statuses`	array of string or SelectableOption	No	-	Filter by ad group status. Leave empty to return all statuses. Available values: Active, Paused, Expired. Deleted ad groups are never returned by Microsoft Ads.
`return_additional_fields`	boolean	No	`False`	When true, request additional ad group properties (bids, settings, targeting flags, etc.) so the response is richer. Defaults to false.
